6.5. yum-plugin-downloadonly

This extension adds the --downloadonly option to allow to only download the packages without installing or updating.

6.5.1. Configuration

/etc/yum/pluginconf.d/downloadonly.conf 
[main]
enabled=1
enabled = 0|1
Enable extension at a general level.
